Are samples available?
To help you choose, you can order samples of most articles in our shop. Before purchasing, you can experience the outstanding quality of our products. Allow yourself the time to try out our samples at home, and to check whether they match the rest of your room. A sample helps you to make an informed decision and minimises the risk of purchasing the wrong item. You can find further information about ordering samples here.
How can I place an order?
You can search for products by entering information such as colour, pattern, article number or name in the search field. Alternatively, you can comfortably choose, using the various filters. Add the chosen product(s) to your cart by clicking the button "Add to basket".
Here you can see all the goods in your basket. You can adjust the quantity and remove unwanted items. Payment and shipping methods can be selected, too. To place an order, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Please provide your full invoice address. If you want your goods delivered to another address, select "Ship to a different address".

In this step please choose the address to which your goods should be delivered. If the correct address is not available, please add it.
Please choose a payment method. We offer the following: Payment by credit card, PayPal or prepayment by bank transfer.
At the final stage, you'll receive an overview of all the data and items that you entered incl. the total amount to be paid. Here you can check and adjust the information as necessary. You also need to confirm that you've read and understood our terms and conditions. Clicking the button "Place order" creates a legally-binding order. You'll receive an automatic mail message about the successful completion of your purchase, including all the details of your order.
How can I pay? Which payment methods are accepted?
When you order, you can choose one of the following payment methods: prepayment / bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Skrill). Some of the payment methods may not be available in your country. Once you've chosen the country of destination for your order, all payment methods available for that country will be shown. You can find detailed information about the payment methods here.
Which countries do you deliver to? What do you charge for shipping?

We reserve ourselves the right to adjust our shipping fees if due to local restrictions the actual costs considerably exceed our estimated shipping costs. In case the delivery turns out to be impossible, we might even cancel an order.
